Zehengrundgelenk

Es ist zum verrückt werde. Seit 3 Wochen tut mir das Zehengrundgelenk am linken Fuß derart weh, daß ich keine Kletterschuhe mehr tragen kann. Man sieht aber keine Geschwulst oder ähnliches.
Was könnte das denn sein?
